My Fitness journey started 7 years ago, but the past 4 years I have really buckled down and put in the work ethic I needed to get to where I am today. Quarantine was not a pleasant time for me fitness wise and mental health wise. I gave up on fitness and started eating anything and everything I wanted to and I saw the toll it took on my body and that motivated me more to get to where I am today. The picture here shows my results from July 2020- April 2021. I have suffered many injuries in my life span that have made me want to go harder in the gym to make sure I was in the best shape I could be for a faster recovery. I used to suffer from body dysmorphic disorder that hindered me in actually growing my muscles and body the wanted to but since recovering from that the image I display for myself is something I am in love with. So whether you are new to fitness or been lifting for awhile and just need to add in some flavvvvvva join my 6 week total body program and/or sign up for sessions And come get thiccccc <3
